Logline:
A filmmaker sets out to make a documentary about killing her grandfather, the man who once hired sicarios to attack her father. Blurring documentary and fiction, the film becomes a darkly funny investigation into family trauma, the legacy of Mexico's war, and the possibility of breaking a cycle of violence.

Lilyana Torres: started her film career working in independent films, where she broadened her knowledge and understanding of cinema. Later she worked in larger format productions both feature and series, where she grew her production and technical abilities. During her last years she began expanding her work into documentary and hybrid formats. Since 2021 she has worked as a Creative Producer at The Lift, where she works hand in hand with writers, directors and filmmakers.
